Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and create personalized care plans
- Promote continuity of care through effective communication and teamwork
- Monitor and manage acute and chronic treatment toxicity
- Educate and support patients, families, and carers throughout the care process
- Advocate for patient rights, privacy, and informed consent
- Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with legal requirements
- Follow clinical protocols, including IV preparation and cannulation, for safe care
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Nursing
- At least 1 year of experience in oncology nursing
- Knowledge in radiation oncology is advantageous
- Must be an SNB registered Senior/ Staff Nurse

**What you will do**
Reporting to Value Access & Policy Lead, the Value, Access and Policy Manager is accountable for:
+ Developing and leading the implementation of drug access and pricing strategy involving government and private healthcare organisations; work collaboratively with these external third-party organizations to align and execute on shared goals across Amgen Singapore's Oncology-Hematology portfolio
+ Working cross-functionally to ensure the benefits to patients offered by Amgen products can be optimized
+ Ensuring all access initiatives adhere to highest level of integrity and Amgen Values
**Responsibilities**
External Stakeholders
+ Develop and implement access strategies for oncology portfolios in Singapore, including but not limited to tenders, product listing and patient support program
+ Build long term, substantive relationships relevant stakeholders based on values of trust, respect and transparency so that to enable all aspects of healthcare delivery and access
+ Support access to medicines by working with HCOs and HCPs on value-based partnerships to help determine the value of innovation and address access barriers
+ Manage patient support programs in accordance to Amgen SOPs
Internal Stakeholders
+ Serve as an internal resource and identify opportunities to maximize HCPs-/HCOs related projects, and coordinate across functions around key areas of concern for access
+ Provide input and coordination as needed on patient support programs to marketing team to support brand strategy
+ Work cross-functionally across teams as a strong partner and collaborator
+ Monitor the external healthcare environment with respect to drug access and subsidy

**What we expect of you**
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years working for a global pharmaceutical company in area of access and pricing, specifically in oncology and hematology portfolios
+ Good understanding of Singapore Healthcare System and future outlook, pharma/biotech business model, regulatory and reimbursement processes, compliance guidelines and Health Economics & Outcomes
+ Computer skills (MS Office programs)
+ Fluency in English, both oral and written communications.

About the Role
As a Senior / Associate Executive, you are providing full secretarial, operational and administrative support to the Head of Department. You will also support the Department in their clinical, education and research initiatives. You will perform liaison functions to ensure smooth flow of information within the Department, as well as with other departments within the Hospital and external organisations.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include
- Ensure prompt updates to HOD's calendar, attend to meeting scheduling
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for meetings – prepare agenda, oversee logistics, attendance tracking, recording minutes and assist to track on progress update and as assigned
- Assist in patient liaison and trace patient's case records where necessary, for HOD and department faculty
- Liaise with offices of management, other HODs, divisional and departmental staff, as well as external stakeholders
- Perform Admin support of the general office activities/staff welfare of the Department
- Oversee department's fund, verifies and file records to monitor expenditures of department
- Assist the Supervisor in drawing up budget (Capex, Opex) requirements and monitoring of budget
- Assist department in procurement process where necessary
- Support publicity and outreach activities organised by the department, such as workshops, conferences, seminars and talks
- Assist to attend to clinical referral requests and redirect to the department faculty accordingly
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Adaptable and proactive
- Able to multi-task and have good organizational skills
- At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
