You'll work at the intersection of operations, regulatory affairs, and logistics-ensuring compliance with international trade laws while supporting smooth and lawful product movement across borders.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and enforce trade compliance policies and procedures in line with global regulations and local requirements throughout APAC.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in customs, export controls, and trade law; assess risks and recommend actions.
  • Lead initiatives around product classification (HTS/ECCN), denied party screening, country of origin determination, and documentation retention.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and customs authorities on audits, investigations, licensing, rulings, and related processes.
