Job Title: ICT Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and common infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based environments, as well as network administration and fine-tuning.

Familiarity with Office365 is also required, along with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers are essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

A good team player who can work under pressure is necessary, and having knowledge of networking (OSI Model) and Azure Cloud experience would be advantageous.

Manage Engine / Intune experience is also desirable, and CCNA Certification would be an added benefit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or a related subject
