  • Configuration & Documentation: Manage hardware and infrastructure software configurations, changes, and documentation.
  • Change & Incident Management: Handle change requests, service requests, and escalate incidents, including security-related issues.
  • Asset & License Tracking: Maintain detailed asset documentation and track software licenses, subscriptions, and end-of-life cycles.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in infrastructure management, system administration, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with change management, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.

**Technical Skills**

  • Strong knowledge of hardware, infrastructure software, networking, and security.
  • Familiarity with Vulnerability Management Systems, compliance scanning, and CI/CD processes.
