The Cloud Services Delivery Manager is a critical leader within our organization, responsible for the day-to-day operational excellence, stability, and continuous improvement of our multi-cloud environments. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in cloud operations, IT service management best practices, and proven leadership skills to manage a team of cloud operations engineers.
This position oversees daily operations of our multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of all cloud services. Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud operations engineers, overseeing daily operations of our multi-cloud environments.
- Service Management & Performance: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for all cloud services, proactively identifying and addressing potential operational issues.
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management: Establish and mature robust incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication during outages.
- Monitoring, Alerting, and Automation: Ensure comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems are in place for all cloud resources and services, driving automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Cost Optimization & Governance: Monitor and optimize cloud spending, ensuring adherence to cloud governance policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated cloud operations or SRE role focusing on AWS and Azure.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Market Data provides critical input for all trading decisions that take place at Goldman Sachs. The Market Data Engineering team is responsible for the consumption and timely, accurate distribution of all real-time and historical data provided by global stock exchanges, brokers and data vendors including Bloomberg and LSEG (Refinitiv).
Our core service provides the firm with high volume of real-time streaming data that is globally accessible. It has high availability, is highly scalable with single digit millisecond latency SLAs for the most sensitive clients. This is engineered with a ticker plant that consists of hundreds of nodes, thousands of application instances, thousands of consumers, and updates peaks of millions of messages per second.

- Work with open-source, vendor and internally built software where appropriate.

- Solve problems in order of business value and understand that technical and business perfection are often competing goals.

TEAM OVERVIEW
Market Data provides critical input for all trading decisions that take place at Goldman Sachs. The Market Data Engineering team is responsible for the consumption and timely, accurate distribution of all real-time and historical data provided by global stock exchanges, brokers and data vendors including Bloomberg and LSEG (Refinitiv).
Our core service provides the firm with high volume of real-time streaming data that is globally accessible. It has high availability, is highly scalable with single digit millisecond latency SLAs for the most sensitive clients. This is engineered with a ticker plant that consists of hundreds of nodes, thousands of application instances, thousands of consumers, and updates peaks of millions of messages per second.

HOW WILL YOU FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Work with open-source, vendor and internally built software where appropriate.
- Design, engineer, deploy, troubleshoot, patch and fix software and infrastructure while innovating on core platform design and architecture.
- Engage with global team to establish and evolve best practice for operational excellence including availability, scalability, reliability, resiliency and performance.
- Solve problems in order of business value and understand that technical and business perfection are often competing goals.
- Engage with vendors, exchanges and internal businesses on impact and delivery of upcoming changes.
- Gather and analyze metrics from both infrastructure and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
- Positively contribute to continuous technical development of the team, including technical engineering documentation.
- Deliver complex, business critical infrastructure projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer, SRE, System Admin or equivalent role, with a desire to learn more.
- Ability to code or script (e.g. bash/python/go) using an SLDC environment (e.g. gitlab CI/CD).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code processes and tooling.
- Strong understanding of Network and OS Linux fundamentals.
- An understanding of the operational concerns in a demanding environment; ideally, but not necessarily, capital markets.
- Resilient under pressure, have a mind-set of continuous improvement and desire to provide excellent service.
- Proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, performance bottlenecks, etc.
- Live service monitoring, logging, intelligent alerting, self-healing (network, server and application).
- Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
- Ability to adapt and be open-minded, without skimping on our core values and standards.
- Driven to eliminate toil by designing/adopting better tools and automation techniques.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Financial markets/ trading business knowledge.
- Knowledge of market data products eg. Refinitiv (TREP), Exegy, Activ Financial, BPIPE, ITRS.
- Experience with large scale/high frequency/low latency distributed applications.
- Experience or knowledge of containerization and cloud deploy (e.g. in AWS or GCP).

Our client, a global shipping and logistics company operating a fleet of over 100 vessels and serving more than 500 locations worldwide. With a strong focus on emerging markets in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, it provides shipping solutions tailored to niche and major trade routes.
The Manager for Agency Network Management will be responsible for the selection and management of shipping agencies in Company's global agency network (both subsidiaries and third-party agents). This person will assist in shipping related investment projects in the assigned region(s) and to lead in assigned projects.
The Challenges
- Manage a portfolio of several countries in agency corporate governance, agency performance management and agency commercial-related activities.
- Corporate governance includes board and management structure, ownership structure and exercise of control rights, CAPEX & OPEX management, agency-principal commission negotiations and agreements
- Collaborate closely with the Agency Finance Controller on Financial matters of the Entities within your portfolio, to review the financial performance, including operating expenses, cash matters, dividend declaration, cost plus implementation, versus approved budgets.
- Plan and finalize annual budgets with active participation from agencies and HQ stakeholders. Monitor budget execution.
- Assist in project management of assigned M&A project.
- Initiate collaboration with various Business Units/stakeholders in Principal office to assess, review and implement actions to elevate the performance of your portfolio of countries.
- Lead the investigation and integrate stakeholders feedback and perspective into problem solving processes and establish/ refine preventive measures and procedures.
- Assist in carrying out transformation initiatives/projects aligned with HQ directives, contribute to strategic planning discussion and projects to drive continuous efficiency improvements of the agencies.
- To anchor relationships and communications with local Partners on corporate matters and ensuring good corporate governance of the Entities within your portfolio, in close coordination with the Corporate Entity Management team.
- Management of Detention/Demurrage post waivers, Third Party Billing of Container Repair commercial waivers.
- Possible travel to areas of representation.
What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA) be advantageous
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in Corporate Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience
