We are seeking an expert in Microbial Fermentation to drive the development and scaling of our fermentation technologies.
- Development & Scaling Up:
- Design, set up, and operate bench- and pilot-scale microbial fermentation systems under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Contribute to rapid prototyping, new concept evaluation, and internal process improvement initiatives
- Support other R&D initiatives as required
- Deployment & Field Testing
- Support commissioning, monitoring, and optimization of deployed systems in pilot or customer environments
- Participate in field trials, technology demonstrations, and documentation for knowledge transfer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in microbial fermentation process development, pilot systems, or engineering R&D (startup or tech development experience a plus).
- Familiarity with microbial fermentation principles, bioreactor operation, and biological process troubleshooting.
- Comfort working on evolving systems, rapidly adapting to changes, and iterating based on real-world results.
- Experience building, operating, or scaling pilot setups or experimental rigs.
- Solid documentation habits, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with downstream processing (filtration, separation, etc.).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for regular inspection of all Medical Education capital equipment

Education and Experience:
BS in Management or Bio-Medical Sciences or possesses at least 2 years of related lab experience. Able to show progression towards an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures. Experience in the orthopedic industry preferred.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Ability to logistically manage a lab environment independently.
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative
