Lentor Ambulance provides Emergency Ambulance Service and Medical Transport Service to the general public of Singapore.
Over the years, we have expanded our services to provide a variety of first aid & emergency medical training programmes.
We have dedicated & experienced trainers with simulation facilities to coach and train our staff.
We are a growing company with excellent opportunities for career advancement to supervisory positions - auditor, trainer, manager.
Positions are opened for both Emergency Medical Service and Medical Transport Service. Applicants will be deployed to positions that are suitable for them as discussed during the interview.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to emergency calls
- Perform & record pre-hospital patient assessment
- Lead & work with ambulance team to provide quality medical care in the pre-hospital setting
Job Requirements
- The ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed and passionate about healthcare work
- Physically & mentally fit
- Work shift including weekends & Public Holidays
- SAF or SCDF experience will be beneficial
- Class 3 driving license (optional)
- Higher Nitec in Paramedic and Emergency Care / Diploma in Paramedicine / Bachelor in Paramedic Science
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing in Singapore (must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board)
- UPEC certification for non-Singaporean

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver superior emergency and critical care to small animals and exotic species during scheduled shifts.
- Lead daily inpatient rounds to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Provide expert in-hospital consultations for emergency cases presented during day and night shifts.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and advanced medical treatments.
- Perform complex emergency surgical procedures and appropriate diagnostic interventions.
- Interpret diagnostic findings to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Stabilize and manage patients with trauma, toxic exposures, and acute medical conditions.
- Prescribe and administer appropriate pharmaceuticals based on diagnostics and clinical evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional multidisciplinary care.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnostics, treatment options, prognosis, and home care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in small animal and/or exotic emergency and critical care practice.
- Possess excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Certification in Emergency and Critical Care is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in endoscopy and/or gastroscopy is advantageous.

We are looking for a high-performing & dynamic Sales Head (Public Sector or Strategic Accounts) managing & delivering revenue growth in the Government, Public Services, and related sectors. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, and large multi-year deals. As Sales Head, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. Sales head duties will include achieving annual targets, building client relationships, and growing the company.
- Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win –new clients.
- Consultative Engagement with CXOs of target clients Ø Pursue to win large deals, manage CXO relationships and have customer stickiness.
- Work with internal solution, delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, contract negotiation etc.
- Understand company solutions and services.
- To provide appropriate solutions to the clients to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.
- Develops and expands a portfolio of clients.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Present, promote and sell services using “solid sales plans” to existing and prospective customers.
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Initially the focus with be Singapore and then expand to Southeast Asia.
Requirements :
- Minimum 12 years professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services.
- Hungry, motivated and self-driven Ø Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience of working with System Integrators and similar companies.
- Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts within the Public Sector.
- Hunting experience Ø Ability to open new strategic accounts.
