JOB DESCRIPTION - Enterprise Solutions Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technology strategies with business objectives, designing scalable and robust enterprise solutions across multiple domains such as cloud, infrastructure, data, applications, and security.
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to develop architectural frameworks, assess current systems, and design roadmaps that support our clientele projects and internal product developments
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Architecture & Planning
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps.
Align IT strategy with business goals and industry best practices.
Identify technology trends and emerging solutions relevant to business needs. - Solution Design & Delivery
Design end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms (cloud, on-premise, hybrid).
Ensure architecture is scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Review and approve solution architectures proposed by technical teams and vendors. - Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with C-level executives, business unit heads, and IT teams to gather requirements and communicate architectural decisions.
Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. - Governance & Compliance
Enforce architectural standards, policies, and best practices.
Support audits and risk assessments, ensuring solutions are compliant with MAS, PDPA, and other local regulations. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI, cloud-native apps, DevOps).
Mentor solution and domain architects, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution/enterprise architecture role.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise systems, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Proven experience designing large-scale digital transformation projects or enterprise system migrations.
- At least one full-cycle project experience in the government sector (including maintenance phase)
- TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent architecture certification.
- Cloud certification(s): AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and governance (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
