Strategic Talent Advisory

Process Optimization & Analytics
• Refine recruitment workflows (sourcing, assessments, feedback loops) to enhance speed, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity ratios) to stakeholders, using insights to improve strategies.
Compliance & Industry Leadership
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices across APAC markets.
• Stay ahead of biopharma talent trends, emerging skill demands, and competitor talent movements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead or contribute to TA projects (e.g., global process optimization, recruitment tech implementation, etc.).
Requirements
Education level
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology-related fields
Work experience
• Above 5 years related HR/Recruiting working experience, with expertise in building recruiting infrastructure
• Prior experience in R&D recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
• Experienced in using innovation recruitment tools like AI
• Proficient in utilizing talent assessment tools and systems
• Overseas recruiting is preferred
