Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Facilitation
Teach and facilitate diploma-level modules in areas such as Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, and related business subjects.

Apply adult learning principles and modern pedagogical approaches in lesson delivery.
Lesson Preparation & Curriculum Support

Support curriculum updates and contribute to programme reviews in line with CPE/SSG requirements.
Assessment & Student Support

Mark and grade fairly, providing constructive feedback to students.
Conduct academic consultations and mentor students to support their learning journey.
Academic & Administrative Duties
Ensure accurate record-keeping of attendance, grading, and assessment submissions.
Participate in academic meetings, quality assurance reviews, and examiner/moderator discussions.
Uphold high academic standards and ensure compliance with College and CPE regulations.
Requirements
A recognised Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline (MBA holders preferred).
Prior teaching/lecturing experience at diploma or higher level, ideally with adult learners.
Strong knowledge in at least two areas: Management, Marketing, HR, Business Strategy, Business Communication.
Familiarity with CPE/SSG academic standards and compliance requirements is advantageous.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
