• Own the overall tracking and continuous improvement of key supply chain metrics for the Division (OTIF, lead time, inventory, cost-savings)
• Develop and review OTIF glidepath with right systemic action plans put in place
• Plan and forecast inventory to include managing inventory levels and inventory turns andminimizing obsolescence, scrap, and aged inventories
• Develop roadmap for Supply Network Design of key materials to reduce cost/inventory atsites (including setting up of hubs)
• Identify sku simplification opportunities to reduce unique materials and suppliers
• Develop and implement new, effective ways to manage transportation and warehousing
• Implement best supply chain practices in Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse and Transportation
• Interface with regional teams to streamline and standardize all supply chain roles with rightskills matrix for talent development
• Plan and execute Health Checks for all supply chains

• Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business
• Minimum 8-10 years working experience in supply chain (including good understanding of ERP)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of demand forecasting and supply planning concepts and provenability to execute these
• Proven ability to consistently improve performance in the areas of service level improvement,inventory reduction or cost reduction/saving
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic understanding of local export/import regulations and custom brokerage processes

What you will do

Partner with other GRAAS SPOs to provide flexible support across the JAPAC Regulatory organization, driving and implementing department goals and initiatives, supporting JAPAC Regulatory leaders in strategic planning and execution of department needs, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsible for:

• Identifying operational objectives for multiple teams within the JAPAC region
• Identifying JAPAC Regulatory issues and driving resolution
• Developing and maintaining business relationships across affiliates within GRAAS and the JAPAC Region
• Representing JAPAC Regulatory on process improvement initiatives

Key Activities:

• Facilitate Department goal setting and initiatives and track deliverables
• Act as a sounding board/advisor to the GRAAS JAPAC leader on key activities and issues
• Proactively identify and resolve upcoming issues within the Department, and at interfaces with other departments
• Develop and/or drive execution of leadership communication plan
• Facilitate preparation of internal presentations including All-Staff presentations, reports on business performance
• Represent the goals for the Department and partner with other functions such as Human Resources and Finance in support of Departmental objectives
• Work with JAPAC & GRAAS leaders to organize staff meetings to achieve objectives of the organization
• Identify lead or contribute to initiatives/process improvement opportunities as designated
• Assist in interactions at senior level forums as needed
• As Decision Making Superuser, drive effective decision making in the Department
• Manage and execute daily assigned tasks as requested

Knowledge

• Knowledge to represent and evaluate strategies for Function and to critically evaluate advice

We are seeking a senior-level professional to spearhead our strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international relations, partnership development and management, education programmes administration, or a related field in higher education.

• Support our target growth in faculty recruitment, student diversity and alumni engagement through international outreach initiatives.
• Support the expansion of strategic partnerships with large regional organizations and international institutions to expand market reach and engagement.
