Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Sales Support Officer in our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping and export documentation activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, process, and manage shipping/export documentation for international trade activities.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate shipment operations.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve documentation or compliance issues when needed.
  • Act as a point of contact with the factory team for document and shipment coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Business, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in export documentation is required, familiarity with Southeast Asia export processes highly preferred.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Commerce, Economics, Policy & Trade, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience or strong interest in international trade, e-commerce, digital trade, technology, or cross-border partnerships will be an advantage.
  • Some experience in staffing work and secretariat support for priority multilateral platforms including ABAC, ASEAN BAC, EABC, ICC etc.
  • Good analytical, consultation, planning, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong presentation and event organization capabilities.
  • Sound understanding of geopolitics, macroeconomics, and international agreements (preferred).
