- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights. Develop predictive models, forecasting algorithms, and optimization strategies to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain planning processes.
- Assess current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Lead process reengineering efforts to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and digital solutions to support supply chain transformation initiatives. Collaborate with technology teams to implement and integrate analytics tools, ERP systems, and other software solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. Provide guidance and support to project teams, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and analytics. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights, publishing articles, and participating in industry events and conferences.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to support their long-term business objectives.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on supply chain analytics and business process optimization.
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex consulting engagements, including supply chain transformation initiatives, process reengineering projects, and analytics-driven solutions.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
Experience with supply chain planning systems, ERP platforms, and advanced analytics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IBM Watson, Alteryx) preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
