We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Team at Mercer. This position will be based in Singapore office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


In this regional role, we are looking for a candidate with a Employee Benefits background and able to build a narrative from data.


We will count on you to:

  • Be a strong team player and provide analytical support to Senior Consultants on the ongoing projects across rewards, benefits, talent analytics etc.
  • Have experience working in the domain of compensation, total rewards and / or talent, preferably in an advisory environment.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices in talent management.

Summary of the position

Provide eneral HR services/support to the HR team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services to employees.
  • Provide general HR support on a daily basis in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, training, staff communications, performance and talent management, employee relations.

The role of HR Business Analyst entails coordinating the logistics for talent development initiatives and supporting the planning of workshops and learning sessions.
