Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinic, insurance providers program and process.
- Knowledge of clinic operations, Medisave/CHAS processes, HSG, and EMR systems (e.g. SGIMED, Clinic Assist, Plato, etc.).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
