Assess scope of work + requirements and design scalable solutions:

  • Support the development of work breakdown tasks as well as duration of such key project tasks.
  • Provide assessment of appropriate hardware, software, networking and cabling components for the targeted solutions / systems.

Installation and Configuration:

  • Ensure that the LAN, WAN, VPN and firewall configurations are properly integrated within the current network infrastruture.
  • Set up and configure IP / infrastructure systems including but not limited to PBX systems, VoIP gateways, SBC, IP phones, and related equipment. Knowledge and experience on contact center applications systems is an advantage.
  • Implement Quality of Service (QoS) measures to prioritize voice traffic and ensure optimal performance.

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

Integration and Testing:

  • Certified in CCIE

  • Hands-on experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323) and QoS implementation.
