Job DescriptionThe successful incumbent will be part of the Cabin Crew Rostering Department within the Flight Operations Division.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the planning, optimisation, and publication of monthly cabin crew rosters, including developing strategies, scenario analysis, rule reviews, and system enhancements.
- Manage the timely publication of over 9,000 cabin crew rosters monthly, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Plan, support, and roster training for crew, including regulatory and service trainings, to ensure operational readiness across various aircraft types.
- Maintain fairness in flying hours and allowances among crew with different fleet training, adjusting system parameters as needed.
- Respond swiftly to operational changes related to network and aircraft, making amendments before roster publication.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, unions, and crew to convey roster issues and respond to queries.
- Manage a rostering team of 13 staff, including 3 Senior Associates and 10 Associates.
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or IT preferred.
- Experience in IT projects is advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Monthly Spill cabinets inspection.
- Monthly First Aid Box, First Aid Bags and wheelchairs inspection to ensure all First Aid item are in good working condition.
- Monthly Poncho box inspection.
- Perform area or equipment decontamination.
- Daily scheduled site inspection to look out for unsafe act, unsafe condition in building to ensure that the human, environment and assets are safe for work.
- Assist EHSS for high risk activities such as Lifting, Confined Space, Work-At Height.
- Support MHRI, CERT and days drills conducted by safety department.
- Record, update and upload of reports into system.
- Taking part in SGFPC CERT.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in firefighting and emergency response
- Must be open to working shift work
