The Marketing Executive research content and consumer trends, develop content strategies, and create content for a variety of businesses in digital media. They work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms.
Requirements:
• Strong background in creating and customizing compelling content to reach out to targeted audiences

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tailor content to different platforms and formats (e.g. static image, infographics, animation/GIF, Facebook/Instagram Stories, microvideos, polls, podcasts, live streams and event coverage)
• Ideate new and creative growth strategies through digital platforms and/or any emerging technologies including growth of Company social media platforms and their online presence
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends, and adopt these for future campaigns
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, assess campaign trends, prepare data analysis, and identify growth opportunities for clients
• Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets
• Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2, maximum 4 years of experience in product marketing, growth hacking community building, partnerships, and/or B2B marketing
  • Track record of building and scaling engaged communities

  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage, fast-paced environment

As a dynamic Product Marketing Executive specializing in the TV category, you will drive marketing innovation and elevate our brand in emerging markets like Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Bangladesh.

What you will be doing

  • Cultivate strong working relationships and effective communication with our branch counterparts in the emerging markets, as well as internally with other product category leads, marketing communications, and procurement teams.
  • Oversee category business operations, including budget management, net sales, profit targets, and inventory achievement.
  • Define and establish competitive product pricing, margins, tactical promotions, and marketing initiatives to ensure sales forecasts and targets are met.
  • Implement above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) communications to end consumers.
  • Manage the monthly Advertising and Promotion budget, ensuring effective use of funds and a good return on investment.
  • Conduct general product training for counterparts and distributors within the region.
  • Explore business opportunities by analyzing market and channel trends, sales data, and pricing analysis.
  • Monitor inventory levels in our distributors' warehouses to maintain a healthy stock.
  • Create regular reports to update management on sales and inventory performance KPIs.

What you should have

  • A minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a Business-related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of product marketing experience in a regional capacity is preferred.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

The Razer Software ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with video games and digital platforms around the world. The Software Product Marketing for Razer Software is responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy to drive engagement and grow our community of over 100 million users.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Product Marketing for Razer Software products including Razer Chroma, Razer Synapse, Razer Cortex, and Razer Axon.
  • Create positioning and communication strategy for Razer Software including advertising, events and public relations.
  • Drive initiatives with Global Business Development teams to grow the Chroma RGB ecosystem through partnerships with game developers and hardware partners.
  • Develop and implement marketing launch plans to align with product team objectives and set success metrics for marketing teams.
  • Coordinate cross-company initiatives with a variety of stakeholders including Razer hardware, services, sales and global marketing teams.
  • Seek and manage partner collaborations to grow the Chroma RGB ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to plan and develop integrated global marketing programs to drive user adoption and user engagement. Evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and refine execution plans.
  • Responsible for managing the marketing budget and driving business goals.


Qualifications

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant marketing or product management experience with proven track record of success in PC software.
  • Experience working with AI tools or AI product
  • Solid expertise and experience in execution of product marketing strategies and campaigns in both a strategic and tactical sense.
  • A strong self-starter mentality and the capability to build relevant connections with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-growth environment.
  • Curiosity to discover new marketing trends and to know what our competitors are doing in our industry.
  • Strong interest in tech products and gaming industry is a plus.
  • Strong management and presentation skills. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to communicate conceptually and tactically - including strategy, planning, data insights and execution details.
  • Passionate about video games.
