About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. This role will involve managing daily customer sales orders, updating sales prices and catalogues, processing invoices, and handling point of sale materials.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily customer sales purchase orders efficiently
• Update and maintain sales price and catalogue information accurately
• Process invoices, cancellations, expired, and damaged stocks
• Handle all point of sale materials with efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain monthly initiate maintenance (product discount) promotion list in the system
• If needed, maintain customer lists and organize proof of performance photos for promotional claims
• If needed, receive and distribute daily customers' sales invoices/POs for sales teams
• Be fully responsible for sampling and FOC items to trade with trackers
• File invoices after WMS capture
• Generate new product trade circulars and price mark-ups for trade
• Collaborate with principals on discontinued products, new product pack shots, and APFS
• Handle customer call-in queries
• Upload sales items to ERP/DMS when there's a new SKU or change of item code and description
• Sync daily orders to WMS, consolidate all orders, raise sales orders, upload confirmation to ERP, release order, and post to sales journal
• Perform inventory adjustments, support sales departments to create and place orders to suppliers on time, and warehouse & logistics teams enquires
• Prepare and close picking lists on time, ensure data flow through the system accurately
• Report discrepancies to suppliers

Requirements:
Education qualification: Graduates in any discipline
Language: Ability to converse, read, and write fluently in basic English
Experience: Preferred with 2 years working experience in relevant fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
