On behalf of our client we are seeking a proactive and experienced Chartered Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with ACRA and other regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality corporate secretarial & accounting support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess a strong understanding of accounting systems, enabling effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Able to provide high-quality accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services to support operations (Training will be provided).
- Handle all correspondences and follow up with clients for documentation relating to Annual compliances.
- Ensure timely annual statutory filings with ACRA, IRAS and other statutory authorities.
- Advise clients on compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Liaise with ACRA, IRAS, banks, auditors, and other regulatory bodies on corporate matters.
- Provide administrative support for other corporate services when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- ICAI-qualified CA (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work and/or accounting , ideally in a professional services or CSP environment.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, Income Tax Act, ACRA and IRAS requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with corporate secretarial & accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Salary will be based on qualification & experience in required field.
