Lead efforts to formulate the manpower plans for the Service Group while taking into account the recurring cost of operations.
Lead efforts to identify and assess issues that can impact the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Service Group and thereafter put in place relevant measures.
Organisation and Capability Development
Provide guidance and support to the heads and teams of the Service Group, ensuring that they are able to do their best work in engaging with their assigned tasks and stakeholders.
Oversee the assessment of developmental needs and expertise required of the Service Group and partner closely with relevant corporate functions (e.g. People & OD) to ensure relevant developmental initiatives for staff are in place.
Collaboration
Engage with relevant parties (eg. Government agencies and ministries) on matters relating to the provision of services and programmes offered by the Service Group.
Partner with relevant social service agencies in the development and delivery of services and programmes, while taking into account the different agendas, directions and operating models.
Facilitate collaboration across Service Groups and/or with other agencies to the development and delivery of services and programmes that are integrated with the service-user experience in mind.
Serve as a Member of the Senior Management Team (SMT)
Serve as an active member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) in vision casting, strategic planning and stewarding the health & effectiveness of the organisation.

- Lead efforts to ensure that the operation of the Service Group runs efficiently and effectively while taking into account the quality of services provided.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources within the Service Group while taking into account the competing priorities of Care Corner as a whole.
- Lead efforts to develop the infrastructure and relevant resources including volunteer capability building, fundraising and business development initiatives so as to fulfil the present and future needs of the Service Group.
- Lead efforts to formulate the manpower plans for the Service Group while taking into account the recurring cost of operations.
- Lead efforts to identify and assess issues that can impact the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Service Group and thereafter put in place relevant measures.
- Organisation and Capability Development
- Provide guidance and support to the heads and teams of the Service Group, ensuring that they are able to do their best work in engaging with their assigned tasks and stakeholders.
- Oversee the assessment of developmental needs and expertise required of the Service Group and partner closely with relevant corporate functions (e.g. People & OD) to ensure relevant developmental initiatives for staff are in place.
- Collaboration
- Engage with relevant parties (eg. Government agencies and ministries) on matters relating to the provision of services and programmes offered by the Service Group.
- Partner with relevant social service agencies in the development and delivery of services and programmes, while taking into account the different agendas, directions and operating models.
- Facilitate collaboration across Service Groups and/or with other agencies to the development and delivery of services and programmes that are integrated with the service-user experience in mind.
- Serve as a Member of the Senior Management Team (SMT)
- Serve as an active member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) in vision casting, strategic planning and stewarding the health & effectiveness of the organisation.
- Actively participate in and contribute to SMT meetings and other SMT activities.
- Provide Service Group reports on ‘Children and Youth Services' to the SMT, the Board, and other partners and stakeholders as required.
- Serve as a representative of Care Corner to our stakeholders and partners, and where appropriate, lead or participate in internal or external working groups, task forces, panels and/or committees.

Working location: Buangkok
Working hours: 5 days, (Mon – Fri), 9 – 6pm
Salary: $3200 - $4200
Responsibilities:
- Individualised case management, include conduct orientation for cases, conceptualise and identify appropriate approaches to develop case intervention goals from the onset and review according to timeline
- Work closely with the Probation Officers (POs) and Child protection officers (CPOs) for co-case management, and also other stakeholders including families, school and employers.
- Develop partnership with stakeholders, including existing and prospective employers, schools and CSO agencies, pro-social communities for reintegration efforts, and community partners.
- Prepare for, attend and present cases at various platforms to update on intervention progress.
- Casework documentation for all case related records
- Liaise with Hostel Operations & Development Department, and provide essential information for Operation (Administration) to schedule for daily movement
- Conduct and participate in group work for residents
- Support in other ad-hoc duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting
