- Organise activities at Eldercare centre and off-site locations.
- Co-create activities with volunteers.
- Empower seniors to be volunteers.
Befriending and Buddying to prevent social isolation.

Care and Support to ensure seniors with needs are supported.

- Prepare and deliver relocation agreements and support cost estimate work as needed. Responsible for ensuring SLAs and KPIS related to timely relocation agreement delivery, routing, and authorization to Envoy team in region.
- Provide coaching and training support for Program and Initiation Coordinators.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relocation and in a customer-facing role.
