About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Programs Executive to join a non-profit residential home supporting youths from trauma backgrounds. The Scholar Development and Care Lead is a pivotal role that oversees the daily running of our program, staff development, and scholar success.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing residential living and daily routines, implementing policies to ensure scholar development and care, and being accountable for quality and achievement of Scholars' individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee residential living and daily routines of scholars

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in any field
  • 8-10 years of experience in developing youths in school and/or residential settings, with at least 6 years of experience managing a diverse team

  • Demonstrates a track record of managing change to achieve goals
  • Be a strong team player

Role Overview

The Community Outreach & Partnership Executive plays a key role in engaging and supporting MTFA beneficiaries, coordinating volunteer efforts, managing partnerships, and leading community events for beneficiaries. This role requires a passionate and adaptable individual who can foster strong relationships, ensure effective program delivery, and contribute to MTFA's mission of service.

Key Responsibilities

Beneficiary Management

  • Conduct thorough assessments of beneficiaries' needs.
  • Maintain and update beneficiary records in MTFA's systems.
  • Recommend psychosocial support and tailored interventions.
  • Build and sustain positive, consistent communication with beneficiaries.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project/event management or volunteer management.
