- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project/event management or volunteer management.
- Experience in social work and working with the community is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with project management tools/software is an advantage.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on role for people who love being out there, meeting people, and making things happen. You'll be calling families to bring new kids into our programs, running activities face-to-face, and being the person children look forward to seeing every week. If you genuinely enjoy working with kids and have the energy to keep up with them, you'll do well here. If phone calls make you freeze, or if spending a few hours with children sounds draining, this isn't the job for you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruiting new beneficiaries (community visits, calls)
- Engaging beneficiaries (paid activities, registration renewals)
