The Youth Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the residents, managing their welfare and discipline, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Programs Executive to join a non-profit residential home supporting youths from trauma backgrounds. You will play a key part in planning, executing, and mentoring through outreach programs, while fostering positive relationships with the youths, volunteers, and partner agencies.

This role also requires flexibility to support family care duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement outreach programs, activities, and interventions for youths.

The Scholar Development and Care Lead is a pivotal role that oversees the daily running of our program, staff development, and scholar success.
