What you will be working on
As part of the Communications Group, the Outreach and Partnerships Department (OPD) actively engages diverse segments of the community through targeted talks/ workshops, and public education events. Working closely with community partners, grassroots organisations and volunteer networks, we ensure vital information reaches different population groups effectively. Our collaborative approach enables us to equip our vast network with timely resources and knowledge, empowering them to better serve and connect with citizens. Through strategic partnerships and sustained engagement efforts, we create meaningful touchpoints that help bridge information gaps and empower members to make informed decisions about their CPF. We also facilitate international exchanges and host foreign delegations, fostering valuable opportunities to share insights and best practices in social security systems whilst building strong diplomatic relationships with overseas counterparts.
We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic intern to support our new FLEX initiative, an innovative onboarding programme designed for young professionals in their early to mid-20s.
• Create compelling content across multiple channels, including crafting engaging direct mailers, electronic direct mailers, and resource articles that resonate with young professionals. You'll help shape our voice and messaging while ensuring all content meets our quality standards.
• Develop dynamic interactive content to drive engagement, including designing eye-catching infographics, building interactive slideshows, and creating polls that encourage audience participation. You'll help translate complex information into accessible, visually appealing formats.
• Support the planning and execution of experiential workshops under FLEX Academy, helping to conceptualise engaging learning experiences that address the needs of young professionals transitioning into the workforce.
What we are looking for
This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, programme development, and audience engagement, with the opportunity to shape a new initiative from the ground up. We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications or a related field.
