Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inventory related task manage cycle count / inbound / holding stock health / return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etc.
• Ensure and enforce proper control of FIFO for continue item, discontinue item and manage expiry and batch in system
• Promote inventory efficiency through optimization and ideas
• Control and minimize OOS and back order ratio

Qualification:

Overview

Inventory Control Associate role at IQVIA . The position involves receiving, storing, and tracking stock; supporting stock control systems; and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

• Collect all deliveries from loading bay, log, QC, receipt in, store and distribute as required
• Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation in appropriate date order

• Supervise a team of warehouse assistants in materials handling activities, including:
• Receiving and processing incoming materials
• Applying labels to materials
• Moving pallets
• Re-palletizing materials

• Monitor and manage inventory control, establishing SOPs for warehouse operations
