The Innovation Hub Manager performs the following roles including but not limited to:
A) Client Workshops:
Support the overall strategy and objective in pushing client conversations from business development into business opportunities for the organization
Coordinate varying types of Workshops and Events (virtual/physical/hybrid) end-end, from planning, preparation, execution, and post-program reports
Support Research work for specific client workshops
Support the efficient day-to-day running of Tesseract
Prepare Quarterly Reports
B) Use Case Development
Support in building use cases and demos aligned to the strategic direction of NCS
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
3–6 years of professional experience in client-facing roles such as innovation program management, presales workshops, event/workshop management.
Proven experience in Workshop and Events management (virtual/physical/hybrid) from end-to-end planning and facilitation.
Confident presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging to a large audience and stakeholders up to C Suite levels.
Strong team player with good communication skills
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Startup mentality & thinking out of the box to see moving parts from multiple angles, constantly challenge the norms, and arrive at the most effective way to help the team solve problems
Passionate about Technology
