B) Use Case Development

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in client-facing roles such as innovation program management, presales workshops, event/workshop management.

  • Proven experience in Workshop and Events management (virtual/physical/hybrid) from end-to-end planning and facilitation.

  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging to a large audience and stakeholders up to C Suite levels.

  • Strong team player with good communication skills

  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders

  • Startup mentality & thinking out of the box to see moving parts from multiple angles, constantly challenge the norms, and arrive at the most effective way to help the team solve problems

Support in building use cases and demos aligned to the strategic direction of NCS
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
3–6 years of professional experience
in client-facing roles such as
innovation program management, presales workshops, event/workshop management.
Proven experience in Workshop and Events management (virtual/physical/hybrid) from end-to-end planning and facilitation.
Confident presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging to a large audience and stakeholders up to C Suite levels.
Strong team player with good communication skills
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Startup mentality & thinking out of the box to see moving parts from multiple angles, constantly challenge the norms, and arrive at the most effective way to help the team solve problems
Passionate about Technology
Comfortable in multitasking, working on a few client workshops planning in parallel
Experience in Microsoft Office Software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of attention to details and being able to think and act on the feet
Experience in engaging with Innovation Ecosystem is a bonus
Experience in UI/UX and Design Thinking is a bonus
Experience in Consulting practices is a bonus
