Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the workshop operations in terms of vehicle diagnosis and repair services. Determine the work prioritization and to allocate work and support technicians for all workshop tasks in the most efficient and effective way.

• Responsible for the workshop inventory and equipment.
• Assist and serves as a backup to other departments where the need arises.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Nitec / Higher Nitec in Automotive Technology or related
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Automotive repairs and workflow in workshop environment.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently within tight schedules

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a heavy equipment workshop environment, with supervisory exposure
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems for construction and industrial machinery
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, OEM manuals, and repair protocols
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and certifications (WSH, BizSAFE) preferred
