Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders for the collation and tracking of company's workforce for budgeting, forecasting and strategising.
- Assist to prepare workforce-related management reports that are required monthly, quarterly or as and when required
- Analyse manpower needs in the short term and long term, determining the skillsets and knowledge required, and coming up with transition plans to meet these goals
- Work with internal stakeholders to review, redesign and coordinate changes to job roles, ensuring alignment to the business direction
- Liaise with external stakeholder and statutory bodies for various workforce schemes
- Support the team in the development, deployment and maintenance of dashboards on Power BI that will assist in manpower planning and forecasting.

Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, relevant HR knowledge is a plus
- Able to work independently and is able to prioritise effectively.
- Strong planning, organisation and analytical skills
- Highly conscientious, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Data driven in decision-making and comfortable working with data. Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – APEC to elevate the recruitment strategy across Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China). Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including regional/multi-country exposure.

- Strong understanding of APEC markets and recruitment challenges across diverse cultural and economic landscapes.
