Overview

+ Bring regional insights into global projects while ensuring successful execution in the APEC context.
**Recruitment Insourcing Project (Global Initiative)**
+ Contribute to the setup and implementation of an insourced recruitment team model for APEC.
+ Work with global and regional TA teams to define structure, scope, infrastructure, and success metrics.
+ Provide operational leadership in executing the regional pilot and phased rollout.
**Data-Driven Talent Acquisition**
+ Track, analyze, and report on key TA metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, source effectiveness).
+ Use data insights to inform decisions, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
+ Use ATS and sourcing platforms (Oracle, LinkedIn, job boards) proficiently to manage requisitions and pipelines.
**Workforce Planning & Market Insights**
+ Partner with Talent Management and HR teams to support workforce planning, internal mobility, and talent development.
+ Monitor labor market trends and talent availability across APEC markets; provide hiring guidance based on insights.
+ Support talent mapping and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including regional/multi-country exposure.
+ Proven success recruiting executive and leadership talent in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
+ Strong understanding of APEC markets and recruitment challenges across diverse cultural and economic landscapes.
+ Experience managing outsourced recruitment teams or vendors.
+ Strong project management skills and ability to drive regional or global initiatives.
+ Prior experience in both recruitment agency and corporate TA settings is a plus.
+ Hospitality or service industry experience highly advantageous.
+ Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent databases.
+ Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert analytics into actionable outcomes.
+ Collaborative, adaptable, and a strong communicator - able to work effectively across global time zones and cultural contexts
