• Working Schedule: 5.5 days work week, with Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm), Sat (8am - 12pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and wire electrical control panels.
• Assemble and install electrical components to build up the Control Panel as per drawings and specifications.
• Perform onsite inspection, troubleshooting, and repair when needed.

Requirements:

• Able to commit to overtime work.
• Strong advantage if able to read Electrical Circuit drawings.
• Strong advantage if able to perform troubleshooting and fault rectification.

Electrical Professional

You are an experienced Electrical Harness Design Engineer with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. Your expertise includes Creo Cabling, schematics, Pro-Diagram, and AutoCAD. Your primary responsibility will be to develop harness design solutions within a CAD environment, ensuring compliance with internal design standards and specifications.

Your key roles and responsibilities include delivering designs within agreed quality and timelines, reviewing inputs, estimating effort, and providing delivery commitments. You will conduct pre-reviews with technical reviewers, complete PLM tasks, track progress, and address rework requirements. It is essential to follow all electrical design standards and processes, perform root cause analysis on rework or delays, and identify risks for design deliveries to the project owner.

Your required skills and experience include hands-on proficiency in Creo Cabling, Schematics, Pro-Diagram, and AutoCAD. You must be able to develop harness designs aligned with schematics provided by program teams, select wires, terminals, connectors, and other electrical devices. Additionally, you should have expertise in electrical network analysis, component selection, a thorough understanding of drafting rules and principles (ASME Y14.5M), and a good knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project documentation and develop tailored installation solutions for subsea power cable projects
• Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment
• Prepare installation scope documentation, technical write-ups, and project execution plans for tender submission
• Conduct site visits and assess installation feasibility, logistics, and subcontractor capabilities
• Support cost estimation and risk assessment related to cable installation activities
• Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure offer quality and compliance
• Contribute to technical clarifications, client meetings, and handover of tender knowledge to project execution teams
• Provide engineering support during the initial phases of project implementation and support lessons-learned documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree-qualified in Engineering or other technical disciplines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex technical requirements
• Exposure to subsea cable installation, offshore engineering, marine construction, or related industries is highly preferred
• Experience with tendering/proposal processes including technical write-ups, subcontracting, and cost planning
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and external parties

The Offshore Field Engineer for Subsea Cable Installation will oversee and manage the installation of subsea cables, focusing on the nearshore installation at the Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) exit point. The role includes ensuring the successful installation of the flange at the end of the 3x HDD, the messenger line within the HDD, and coordinating subcontractor activities related to Submarine Cable (SMC) installation, including Inter Array Cables (IAC) and Export Cables (EXC).

Key Responsibilities

• Installation Management:
• Oversee the installation of the flange at the end of the 3x HDD at the nearshore end, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise the installation of the messenger line inside the HDD, coordinating with the project team to ensure efficient and accurate execution.
• Subcontractor Coordination:
• Manage subcontractors involved in the installation of the SMC, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate all activities related to the installation of Inter Array Cables (IAC) and Export Cables (EXC), including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Technical Oversight:
