This role bridges the gap between test and measurement solutions and complex requirements of defense and wireless network customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF/microwave, electronic systems, test instrumentation, wireless communication & radar technologies, Network Digital Twin, RF Channel Emulators and Wireless Emulators.

• Provide technical expertise for customers in aerospace and defense and wireless communications industry, providing pre-sales and post-sales support and project management of complex delivery.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate test and measurement solutions, including system architecture design and integration.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on training sessions for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and help define solution strategies.
• Work closely with product management and R&D to relay customer feedback and influence future product development.
• Develop and maintain application notes, white papers, and technical documentation tailored to wireless communications and A/D use cases.
• Support the integration and troubleshooting of Channel Emulators and Network Modelling tools in a Digital Twin environment, RF/uW instrumentation, Digital and Mixed-signal systems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in test and measurement or applications engineering, with a focus on aerospace & defense and wireless communication markets.
• Strong knowledge of RF/microwave test systems, Signal analysis, monitoring and generation, Radar, Satellite and Terrestrial Wireless communications.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, RF channel emulators, Network Modelling tools & EMSO etc.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

While AI/ML techniques are already being studied in 3GPP for physical layer enhancements (e.g., beam management, positioning, CSI), 6G envisions an air interface where AI is deeply integrated into the transceiver chain. This internship will investigate AI-driven approaches for online adaptability, RIS-assisted connectivity, and autonomous channel estimation, targeting applications such as vehicular communications.

The Research Fellow will work on a project on quantum sensing technologies (e.g., Rydberg atomic sensors) for wireless communications and sensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quantum-related theories, models, and algorithms for various communications/sensing applications.
