We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Solar Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our solar project delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our initiatives.
- You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating and planning to optimize resource utilization and meet project milestones, thereby driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- In your role, you will perform site studies to recommend PV system configurations that align with industry standards and best practices.
- You will manage solar project site teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, maintaining a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

- Your responsibilities will also include drafting electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), solar module layouts, and string-connection drawings using AUTOCAD software, as well as designing mechanical drawings of solar PV systems.
- Finally, you will prepare project documents for submission to authorities, facilitating smooth project completion.
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome, with on-the-job training provided.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other modeling software is highly valued.
- You should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and handle multiple projects concurrently.
- A Class 3 driving license (Manual) is preferably held by the ideal candidate.
