• Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and customers to ensure successful contract fulfillment for DC Charger/Zonal/UPS systems.
• Lead a team of field engineers to guarantee smooth operations and optimal performance of UPS systems.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems, with a solid understanding of business insights and the ability to travel regionally as needed.
• Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions with clients, serving as a technical advisor, performing comprehensive analysis of clients' cooling systems, creating high-level design proposals, managing project responsibilities, and mentoring junior staff members.

As a Senior HVAC Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business development initiatives and collaborating with external engineering partners on specific projects. You will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with OEM equipment suppliers and ensuring effective coordination and successful project delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in using various software tools and technologies related to HVAC engineering.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications:
