1. Support HOD in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with the
company's overall objectives to drive growth, profitability, and expansion within
the wholesale trade division.
2. Oversee aspects of wholesale trade operations, including inventory
management, logistics, distribution and customer service.
3. Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and
enhance overall productivity while maintaining high service levels.
4. Manage and optimise the supply chain, ensuring the timely procurement of
goods, efficient inventory turnover and effective distribution to customers or
retail partners.
5. Oversee and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, analyse financial
performance and optimise costs while ensuring profitability and adherence to
financial targets.
6. Mentor and manage operation team, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation
and professional growth.
7. Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key customers,
ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, trade laws and industry
regulations related to wholesale trade operations. Assess risks and develop
strategies to mitigate potential disruptions, ensuring safe work environment.
9. Analyse operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and
implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction
and revenue growth.
10. Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Wholesale Trade Operations Management experience
- Experience in Fruits & Vegetables Wholesale Trade Operations, with a strong track record in a managerial or HOD role would be a plus.

Work Scheduled: 5.5 days week (alternate Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store goods accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and stocktaking.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting (max. 25kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Credit and Operations to develop strong partnerships, eliminate roadblocks and ensure continuity of information flow.
Prioritize workload, manage key items, and ensure timely escalation of risks/issues to management.
Stay informed of process changes and regulatory updates, maintaining open dialogue with colleagues across the region.
Identify and execute process improvements, providing guidance on key process and technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC / Client Onboarding / Audit / Control / Risk / Anti‐Money Laundering within the Banking and Financial Services Industry.
Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML procedures and standards.
Strong time‐management, organizational, and relationship‐building skills.
Quality client focus, strong controls mindset and strong customer‐service skills.
Prior experience of adhering to controls and compliance standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Ability to grasp and learn concepts and procedures quickly.
Knowledge of client onboarding is preferred.
