Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering closely with our client, a leading Fashion Brand. Join them as a HR Advisor! This will be a full-time permanent position, based in Singapore. In this position, you will be an individual contributor and reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities
As a strategic member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness across the zone. This role supports the implementation of HR programs in organizational development, compensation & benefits, and compliance, while fostering a collaborative and scalable work environment.
You will manage HR-related budgets, compensation cycles, and market benchmarking initiatives. The role also involves coordinating compliance programs, supporting internal investigations, and executing zone-wide HR projects. You’ll be responsible for preparing and analysing key HR metrics, maintaining accurate databases, and supporting analytics initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making.
Additionally, you will provide coordination support, including presentation materials for the Regional Head of HR, meeting arrangements, and onboarding schedules for senior leadership.
Ideal Profile
The client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR professional with at least 4 years of experience in HR or project/program management, preferably with regional exposure in MNCs. A Degree in Human Resources or Business is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must, and a collaborative, can-do attitude will be key to success in this role. You should be hands-on, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for assigned internal client groups, managing and delivering an excellent HR service
- Advise managers and employees on local business requirements and legal compliance
