We are looking for an innovative, proactive, and service-oriented individual to drive and implement digital-related deliverables per our services transformation roadmap and oversee the overall operation and support of the related digital services. This role aims to provide an omni-channel, seamless, and personalized user experience to our airport partners.
The candidate will be responsible for tasks related to digital B2B enterprise solutions developed in low code application development platforms like OutSystems. This includes conducting design thinking workshops, gathering user requirements, performing technical assessments, sourcing, program management, solution deployment, and operational support. The candidate will lead a team for rapid prototyping and innovation, engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge digital solutions. Additionally, the candidate will ensure quality control and governance throughout the process to maintain high standards and compliance.

In terms of roles & responsibilities, she/he will
Lead and drive B2B application development projects using a low code development platform to accelerate application development life cycle.
Assist and support the Head of Digital Services in strategizing, defining, and deploying related B2B e-services and mobile services.
Work closely with various airport stakeholders, both internal and external to develop the business cases, minimum viable product (MVP) and justify the needs for projects in terms of return in investment, measure of success and related service level agreement
Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to deploy & sustain overall technical solutions and ensure system availability, scalability, security, data protection and other operational related KPIs
Communicate with internal teams and external partners/vendors and perform proper program management, change management & ensure delivered solutions will be able to meet business, technical, functional, performance, security, privacy, and operations requirements.
Lead and coordinate with respective vendors to provide necessary support & maintenance of the related e-services systems & ensure the compliance to the service level agreement & KPI matrix.
Continuously improve business, security, and IT processes. Provide technical leadership to ensure that applications meet scalability, security, and performance standards throughout their lifecycle.
Define platform governance policies and ensure these policies are adhered to by respective teams using the low code development platform.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the use of low code development platform. Collect feedback from teams and end-users to continually refine and improve the development process and platform usage.
The candidate shall be cognizant with industry best practices and lead strategies in system management and software development using agile methodologies.
Pre-requisites:
An accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
Have at least 5 years of working experience in the related technical domains, and part of it should be in an end user environment preferably large corporations with customer fronting business critical IT systems.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; self-motivated and effective in a team.
Extensive experience and understanding in enterprise digital solutions using low code development platforms.
Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties.
Possession of industry certifications such as ITSM, CITPM, CPSO, or CSM is advantageous. Demonstrates teamwork and responsibility, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
