The focus of this role is to support the Web Analytics team by creating visual dashboards with Google Looker Studio, analyzing performance and impact of changes to the websites, and determine areas of improvement in the websites user experience. - Drive data driven Digital Marketing campaigns using analytics, media and martech tools to achieve revenue business goals.
- Development and implementation of the customer touchpoint strategy for the company in line with the overall marketing strategy to help achieve the strategic goals of the company.
- Drive measurement framework to define optimal or positive return of spends/investments (ROMI, ROAS, ROI, etc) across the marketing funnel using analytics platforms and visualisation tools (dashboard creation).
- Manage the relationship with external agencies to drive cost savings and efficiency focusing on AdTech/martech stack (Ad Tech, CRM, Digital Analytics, CMS).
- Plan and oversee customer retargeting strategy together with Performance Manager.
- Manage and work with media agencies and digital agencies to plan, develop and execute brand, product and other communication campaigns on the digital medium.
- Plan and oversee leads generation campaigns, leads management and upsell/cross sell experience within the organization.
- Ensure that Performance measurement framework is in place – to analyze ongoing digital campaigns, owned digital media channels and social media initiatives to track performance and provide insights for optimization of campaigns.
- Work closely with the strategic and brand marketing and other teams for executing integrated campaigns.
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 6-7 years working experience in digital marketing/ performance marketing with the knowledge of Google Adwords, analytics, SEO/AIO and SEM, remarketing and martech (Salesforce) usage.
- Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to frame complex digital marketing concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding with an ability to bridge marketing personnel.
- Strong technical expertise of marketing tech stack and must be able to implement and execute self- service insights and campaign delivery.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns with short lead times. Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Strong analytical background with good knowledge of leads generation campaign and systems. Understand performance/direct response marketing, test design, and integrated concepts.
- Strong knowledge in SEO/AIO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Google Analytics.
