As a Water Treatment Systems Specialist, you will lead and execute the operation, maintenance, and optimization of industrial water treatment systems at customer facilities. Your key responsibilities include ensuring plant reliability, water quality compliance, and high service performance while supervising a team of service technicians.

• You will oversee daily operations, monitoring, and control of treatment systems such as ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO), electrodialysis reversal (EDI), deionization (DI), ion exchange (IX), softener, mixed bed, media/carbon filters, dosing, neutralization, and sludge dewatering units.
• You will analyze plant trends, alarms, and process data via SCADA/HMI to identify abnormalities and recommend corrective actions.
• You will conduct process optimization to improve energy efficiency, recovery rates, and chemical usage.
• You will ensure compliance with PUB/NEA discharge limits and internal QA/QC standards.

• Lead and manage a team of Process Technicians & Operators to operate industrial wastewater treatment plant according to the production plan of the Plant Manager.
• Supervise and ensure the day-to-day WWTP operation follows the Standard Operation Procedure, Work- Place Safety EHS rules and regulations by giving proper and clear instructions to operators.
