Responsibilities:

• Perform store duties including picking, packing, putting away materials and parts, and data entry.
• Cross-train within Distribution and other functions to ensure flexibility and capacity.
• Pick and pack finished goods and accessories, perform data entries, and handle receiving, checking, counting, and storing of materials and parts.
• Issue materials and parts to end-users or production as required by purchase orders or material requisition forms.
• Release cargoes to forwarders.
• Support cycle count and document filing.
• Participate in ISO, EHS, 5S, and QSR activities, ensuring compliance with all environmental, safety, and accurate attire requirements.
• Ensure systems and procedures within the department align with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR 21CFR, ISO 14001, and ISO45001 standards.
  
  

• Proven experience in material handling or a related field.
• Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to achieving flawless results.
• Capacity to cross-train and adapt to different functions within the organization.

Job Description:

• Handling the incoming and outgoing goods
• Prepare the order according to delivery / pick up schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, shipment)
• Report any discrepancies immediately
• Perform bi-weekly, quarterly and annual stock count
• Container Unstuffing (Handling bulky heavy items)
• Delivery Attendant as and when is required
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Good attitude and a team player
• Willing to perform overtime when is required
• Willing to travel warehouse to warehouse
• Permanent Residents / Singaporean
• Meticulous - Perform QC and item code checking
• Forklift License is required
• Class 3 License will be advantage

1. Material Handling
   Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, pallet truck, etc.) to move goods and materials.
   Load and unload cargo from trucks, containers, and storage racks.
   Transport raw materials, finished goods, and pallets to designated storage or production areas.
2. Storage & Organization
   Stack and store materials in assigned areas following warehouse layout plans.
   Ensure items are placed in the correct location with proper labeling.
   Maintain orderly storage to optimize space and accessibility.
3. Safety & Maintenance
   Inspect forklifts daily for mechanical and safety issues before use.
   Report any damage or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
   Follow all workplace safety regulations, including load limits and speed limits.
4. Documentation & Inventory
   Assist in recording goods movement in the warehouse system or log sheets.
   Verify incoming and outgoing goods against delivery orders or invoices.
   Support stock-taking and inventory audits.
5. Teamwork & Support
   Assist warehouse staff in packing, sorting, and organizing items when required.
   Collaborate with logistics, operations, and production teams to meet deadlines.

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads when necessary.
