- Support the Loss Prevention Manager in overseeing hotel safety and security operations.
- Ensure protection of guests, patrons, employees, and hotel property.
- Act as Loss Prevention Manager in their absence.
Operational Management
- Direct and coordinate activities of Security personnel in line with hotel procedures.
- Plan and schedule day-to-day security assignments to ensure full coverage.
- Serve as acting Loss Prevention Manager when required.
- Prevent property losses, injuries, or fatalities on hotel premises.
- Implement and monitor crime prevention measures, recommend remedial actions.
- Support management, associates, and guests in alignment with safety objectives.
- Liaise with police and relevant authorities on incidents and investigations.
- Supervise and coach security staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

- Prepare incident reports for submission to the General Manager.
- Conduct regular checks on CCTV, monitors, radios, batteries, and related equipment.

- Coordinate with carpark vendor on autopay system maintenance.
- Manage accountability of complimentary parking tickets.
- Maintain and oversee all administrative records of the Security Department.
- Ensure compliance in reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
- Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in security or loss prevention, preferably in hospitality.
- Licensed under PLRD
- Complete mandatory WSQ training
- Hold a valid security ID card
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures, crisis management, and crime prevention.
- Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
- Physically fit to conduct patrols and respond to incidents.
- Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
