What you will do:

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.


• Read orders such as customer, work, shipping and transfer orders to determine products to be moved, gathered or distributed.


• Load, unload, and move materials from storage to staging sites and/or designated areas per each sales ticket.


• Properly wrap, label, and mark material for easy identification and loading.


• Utilizing manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training)


• Operating RF scanners and other hand-held devices


• Use Eclipse to confirm picking and staging of materials, ensuring proper piece count for drivers and customers.


• Document shipments and changes in inventory using Eclipse.


• Complete cycle counts and verify quantities of stock on request.

What you will bring:

• Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required


• High School diploma or G.E.D.; or


• 6 months of related experience and/or training; or


• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.


• Warehouse environment.

Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Location: This role is based in San Leandro, CA

Salary Range:

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $18.80 - $25.08 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.

Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) inside and around racking systems, applying and scanning labels to endure product is properly tracked, ensuring all product is safely and securely loaded or stored. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor. This position works in a fast-paced environment, operates handheld scanning equipment, operates various Powered Industrial Trucks, follows processes and is a team player.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrates an understanding of safety and best practices while operating equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), Crane or Box Truck
• Identifies areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area.
• Applies new ideas or approaches to own work to enhance outputs.
• Uses established tools and techniques to track progress related to implementing process improvements.
• Learns and supports the processes of receiving, shipping and warehousing materials

• Collects information to understand problems and identify their origin.

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent General Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our workshop/store.

The ideal candidate will have experience in POS retail, supermarket consignment, and flower care. They will also be required to pack and unpack flowers as needed.

Additional responsibilities may include other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

In terms of requirements, the successful candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week and have at least 6 months of work experience.

They must also possess legal working rights in Singapore and have basic English proficiency.

A valid iPad user with basic POS experience is preferred but not necessary, as on-the-job training can be provided.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, strong in customer service skills, and able to communicate effectively.

Prior experience in teaching, social media, housekeeping, selling, cashiering, or communication will be considered an asset.

Additionally, the ability to work independently is essential.
