Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
  • Ability to understand and manage Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock records
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills
  • Able to Communicate with China Suppliers
  • Physical stamina for lifting and moving materials

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving, storing, and issuing goods as per company procedures
  • Keeping accurate records of stock levels and movements
  • Coordinating with procurement and production departments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store area
  • Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
  • To manage, maintain and organized an effective inventory system
  • To take charge of incoming and outgoing goods
  • To source, purchase & top up stock item for inhouse production / project requirement
  • Establish excellent relationship with local and overseas suppliers

Job Requirement

  • This is consider as junior executive level with good insight of the overall warehouse operation
  • Diploma or NITEC, with min 2 years working experience in store or inventory environment
  • Knowledge of purchasing and delivery procedure will be an added advantage
  • Immediate position

Full -time.
