Role & Responsibilities- Oversees the display quality of all stores through all business channel (DOS, TR, Wholesale and Franchisee) in Asia (10+ countries) are well executed according to the HQ VM guideline
- Review and feedback to HQ the on window and display execution
- Work with in-store VM Ambassadors to provide clear and timely VM guidelines to the team for floor rotation and special setups
- Standardize and centralize monthly VM report from all Asia countries to HQ
- Communicate with Supply Chain and Retail Operation teams to produce planogram for all store opening across Asia Pacific
- Support merchandise display for the opening of all store openings in Asia Pacific
- Strategize the production and delivery of mannequins and props with Store Project and Retail Operations team for new store openings
- Work closely with Store Project and in-store VM Ambassador to ensure the display is well adopted for any store concept and fixture changes
- In charge of the VM budgets and optimize the efficiency of VM expenses in Asia Pacific
- Formulate and provide VM budgeting and expense reports as needed
- Source and negotiate for the best contractors to deliver the highest quality of materials, tools, props, artworks and installation

- Work with other departments where necessary and participate in other ad hoc projects, including but not limited to company presentations, marketing events, special pop up, in-mall advertising space installation
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or equivalent
- 8+ years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury industry - regional experience
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Attention to details
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop, knowledge of AutoCad will be an advantage
- Able to work late nights for overnight setup supervision

Our SEA organisation culture is dynamic, agile, and progressive. With increasing demand of pop-up stores, customers events, temp counters, and new store opening, we are seeking new talents to join the team. This Senior Store Design and VM Manager
- is responsible for designing and implementing our SD & VM standards in all Charlotte Tilbury stores in direct markets and indirect markets across SEA.
- understands and adapt design directions from Global team or past reference.
- will design bespoke pop-up stores and events, new store opening and prepare production drawings for successful implementations.
- will support the Brand Director SEA and work closely with the relevant stakeholders within the group to provide support and implement executions in line with desired brand expression.
- manage a group of vendors to control the cost and quality of the VM and Store design.
Key Responsibilities
- Close communication with Commercial, Retail, Marketing team, Global SD & VM teams and APAC teams to ensure understanding of design intent.
- Work on creative proposals that fit budget and local engagement needs.
- Adapt and design new store design concepts through global guidelines and past reference.
- Provide detailed and innovative designs according to different campaigns and fit local engagement needs.
- Develop special animations & displays for specific occasions, pop-ups in collaboration with Marketing, Events, and commercial teams.
- Research and analyse event and retail experience trends globally, including physical, digital shopping experience and social workplaces.
- Handle projects independently from design concept, project development, and materials application to project completion.
- Provide timeline and cost estimation for each project.
- Manage timeline and cost for each project independently.
- Identify and anticipate design obstacles and resolutions.
- Review construction drawings from suppliers.
- Monitor event production, factory visit, setup and provide reports and follow up on snagging.
- Attend conference calls with retailers and external suppliers to align the requirements.
- Act as a proactive force in enhancing brand image, elevate the experiences in all touchpoints, leveraging pop ups/ events to improve client experience & drive sales.

- This role reports into the Brand Director SEA
Key Selection Criteria
Bachelor's degree or above with interior design or creative design
Minimum 8 years' Store Design, Visual Merchandising & graphic design experience in Luxury, Cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Flexible, collaborative, self-motivated, influencing people, strong ownership, and execution.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in oral and written English & Chinese
- Proficient in Adobe suite and sketch up is a must.
