As a Staff Nurse (Home Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide basic care such as checking and recording vital signs, maintaining patients' hygiene and assisting with daily activities like dressing or eating.
- Assessing patients' condition and implement nursing care plan.
- Performing nursing procedures such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc.
- Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed.
- Reporting to patients' primary care provider.
- Offer a professional source of comfort to the patients and their families.
- Explain the patients' condition or symptoms, listen to their concerns and relay information between the patient and their family.
- Administer certain medications to patients under the orders of a physician.
- Monitor patients' pain levels at end of life, and continue to offer solutions to physical discomfort, including pharmaceuticals and /or therapies.
- Guide their patients through end-of-life emotions and are there to support patients when family is not available.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in nursing, registered with the relevant professional body
- 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community care settings
- Able to work independently, travel for daily home visits, and navigate diverse home environments with ease
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
