Job Title: Senior Regional Marketing Manager, APAC
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our marketing initiatives across the APAC region. This role requires a proactive leader with strong digital marketing expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive regional performance while contributing to global marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across the APAC region, with clearly defined success metrics.
- Manage and continuously optimize Social Media campaigns across APAC, including testing innovative formats through A/B tests and other mechanisms

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior-level role.
- Proven success in digital marketing, including campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and regional platforms such as Naver Ads and WeChat.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing and a commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization.
- Familiarity with CRM like Salesforce and Marketing automation tools like Hubspot plus Tools like Canva, Miro and PimCore are a plus
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
- Knowledge and experience in Additive manufacturing are a key differentiator for the successful candidate.
