Evervet Veterinary Clinic would like to expand our family of paraprofessionals and veterinarians

We are a team of passionate individuals who strive to provide excellent care and service to our patients and clients.

Our clinic offers both general consultations and a wide range of surgeries.

As a Client Services Officer , you will be the ambassador of our clinic's first impressions on the clients. You play a vital role in making clients feel welcomed as well as managing clients concerns and requests with professionalism. Ideally you would be someone who:

  • Enjoys working with clients face to face
  • Possess excellent customer service
  • Have a love for animals
  • Is a good team player
  • Is conscientious with great attention to detail

You will need to posses the following:

  • 'O' levels certificate or higher
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

You will be required to work up to 5 days per week (inclusive of one weekend).

As a Client Services Officer you will be performing the following duties, including but not limited to:

  • Manage incoming phone calls & directing calls where appropriate
  • Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
  • Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
  • Finalizing invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
  • Dispensing medication
  • Perform various ad hoc administrative duties
  • General house-keeping
