We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Veterinary Animal Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional animal care and support in our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and facilitate the admission process for new pets/animals
- Provide support for anesthesia monitoring and recovery during emergency situations
- Assist emergency veterinarians with care and treatment of hospitalized animals
- Oversee and monitor critical animals closely
- Perform radiographic imaging to assist diagnosis and treatment
- Safely restrain animals during exams and treatments
- Prepare patients for surgeries and manage post-operative care including bandaging and recovery
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients regarding treatment and care
Requirements:
- Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Veterinary Nursing or Animal Care are welcome to apply
