Veterinary Nurse – Internal Medicine
The Internal Medicine team specialises in diagnosing and formulating treatment plans for pets with multiple or complex medical conditions. Led by our Board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist, the team utilises a range of diagnostic techniques to thoroughly investigate and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
The team also collaborates closely with our other departments such as Surgery and Emergency and Critical Care to ensure the best patient outcome.
What Do You Have
• At least 2 years of veterinary nursing experience, with animal handling skills
• Prior experience in Internal Medicine is advantageous
• Ability to set up, clean and maintain scopes
• Good time management skills and able to assist the Specialist in pacing the day
• Willingness to learn, with a strong work ethic and a team-player
• Compassion and willingness to put patient care first
• Brilliant client communication skills, both written and spoken
