Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct structural and non-structural repairs on electric vehicles (EV) according to manufacturer procedures.
-Perform high-voltage system diagnostics and safe disconnection/reconnection as needed for body repair.
-Operate specialized manufacturer-approved repair equipment and tools.
-Inspect vehicles pre- and post-repair to ensure quality and completeness.
-Follow OEM guidelines and participate in continuous EV training and certification.
-Document work performed and parts used in accordance with shop and manufacturer's standards.
-Collaborate with Parts Advisors, and internal teams to streamline workflow.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment consistent with OSHA and manufacturer's compliance standards.
Key Requirements:

- Hold the relevant trades certificates for the functions undertaken within the position. Minimally possess a NITEC in Automotive Technology, Mechatronics or equivalent
- An engineering awareness and familiarity with vehicle component parts;
- Experience using computer based inventory systems;
- Hold and retain a valid forklift operator licence,
- Possess a valid Class 4A / 4 / 5 Driving license - if not, may be required to obtain within 12 months of commencing employment in the position.
