We are seeking a Senior Inspection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you will perform and lead inspection activities for Mechanical and HVAC systems during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases of offshore and marine projects.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections and verifications of all Mechanical and HVAC works, including fabrication, assembly, installation, and pre-commissioning.
- Review and validate inspection test plans (ITP), method statements, and quality records from subcontractors and vendors.
- Perform inspections on:
- Mechanical equipment: pumps, compressors, valves, rotating and static equipment.
- HVAC systems: air handling units, ducting, dampers, insulation, and control systems.
- Piping and pressure systems related to HVAC and mechanical packages.
- Ensure all inspection and test activities comply with project specifications, codes (ASME, API, ISO, SMACNA), and client requirements.
- Supervise and guide junior inspectors to ensure consistent inspection methodology and documentation.
- Liaise with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Client QA/QC representatives for inspection coordination and acceptance.
- Identify and report non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and system walkdowns.
- Ensure proper traceability, documentation, and turnover dossiers for Mechanical & HVAC systems.
- Support HSE practices and maintain safe work conditions during all inspection activities.

-Perform high-voltage system diagnostics and safe disconnection/reconnection as needed for body repair.
-Operate specialized manufacturer-approved repair equipment and tools.
-Inspect vehicles pre- and post-repair to ensure quality and completeness.
-Follow OEM guidelines and participate in continuous EV training and certification.
-Document work performed and parts used in accordance with shop and manufacturer's standards.
