Assist & Report to the QA Manager with hands-on operational facilities management and maintenance works in the supply cold chain environment.
Responsibility
- Responsible for Air-con Maintenance & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), repair work on building & infrastructure, building services management including wiring, doors, lighting, painting, office, fire protection system and related work in a GMP and GHP environment.
- Schedule Planning and manage hands on daily facilities work, troubleshooting and repair.
- Perform Daily Facility and Fire Safety Inspection.
- Liaising with all departments concerning maintenance matters, prioritizing and action in a timely manner on planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Supervising servicing / suppliers/ contractors who are on site, to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the contract, government regulatory requirements and Food Safety policy.
- To assist on machine troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting and repair as and when required.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
- Record all works, ad-hoc projects and report writing.
Requirement
- NITEC/ITC/Diploma in electrical, mechatronics, civil industrial or related professional certificate on related skill.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Preferred hands on working experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare. update and maintain all DC related documentation (such as MOP, SOP and EOP), including reports generation where needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- ITE/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Management System and Facilities Management.
- Strong experience and knowledge of data center infrastructure, including UPS, cooling tower, pump and chiller systems.
- Experience with Building Management System, mechanical (ACMV), electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
- Knowledge of industry standards.
- Good MS office skills and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with 12 hours rotating shift from 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
