- As the Director of Sales for Skit.ai in the US Market, you will play a crucial role in consulting with C-level executives to demonstrate how Skit's solutions can add value to their organizations and positively impact their business outcomes. A Singapore-based subsidiary of a European semiconductor group is seeking a hands-on Sales Back Office Executive to support its growing U.S. market . This end-to-end sales operations role is key to ensuring a seamless order-to-cash (OTC) process for their sales team.
Responsibilities
Order-to-Cash Process (U.S. Customers)
• Prepare USD quotations, manage pricing updates and approvals and convert Pos to Sos.
• aintain accurate data in CRM system : accounts, contacts, opportunities, forecasts
Billing, Tax & Compliance
• I sue and reconcile USD invoices, track collections, credit notes and RMAs
• C ordinate U.S. sales-tax documentation with Finance (resale/exemption certificates)
• A ply correct tax rules (U.S. and EU), Incoterms and export/import regulations
Logistics & Documentation
• L aise with global forwarders (UPS, FedEx, DHL) to manage shipping, customs docs, HS codes
• P ovide proactive updates on delivery timelines and manage returns/RMAs
Customer & Sales Support
• H ndle order/billing queries from U.S. customers
• C mplete vendor onboarding forms, security/insurance documents, W-8BEN-E/W-9 coordination
• P epare order confirmations and support post-sale handoff processes
Reporting & Controls
• G nerate weekly dashboards: bookings, billings, shipment SLAs, tax/exemption status
• M intain internal SOPs, templates and ensure PDPA-compliant document storage
Requirements
• D ploma/Degree in Business, Commerce or related fields
• 2 5 years’ experience in sales operations, order/sales management ideally with U.S. customers.
• Mus be familiar with handling of U.S. sales-tax, international shipping and export
• P oficient in CRM systems, spreadsheets, ERP/accounting tools
• K owledge of Avalara, TaxJar, Stripe, ShipStation is a nice-to-have
